The Agent Console

If you'd like to temporarily change your status to invisible, press the Online button. This will change to Invisible with a blue indicator, which can be pressed again to go back online when you're ready.

Status

Please note that if you have Offline Messaging enabled, or other agents are connected and online, the chatbox will remain visible for customers to be able to start new chats.
